Organised by the ChIR consortium and hosted at Parc Científic de Barcelona, the symposium brings together experts from academia, industry and regulatory organisations to discuss the future of safe and sustainable chemical innovation.

For safety reasons, in-person attendance must be limited to the capacity of the venue. All available places have now been filled, and we can no longer accept registrations for attendance in Barcelona.

Registration for online participation remains open until 24 June 2026. We warmly invite you to join the Symposium remotely.

The ChIR Symposium is organised within the ChIR - Erasmus Mundus MSc in Chemical Innovation and Regulation, which has evolved to the ChIRS - Joint MSc in Chemical Innovation and Regulation for Sustainability.
